VENTEX: An Expert System for Mine Ventilation Systems Analysis
U radu je prikazana metodologija ...... problem through the development of an expert system was outlined. The aim of such a system is to generate an overall evaluation of the general ventilation state of the mine as well as suggestions for the improvement of particular characteristics of the ventilation system. Development and Evaluation of Three Named Entity Recognition Systems for Serbian - The Case of Personal Names
In this paper we present a rule- and lexicon-based system for the recognition of Named Entities (NE) in Serbian news paper texts that was used to prepare a gold standard annotated with personal names. It was further used to prepare training sets for four different levels of annota tion, which were further used to train two Named Entity Recognition (NER) sys tems: Stanford and spaCy. All obtained models, together with a rule- and lexicon based system were evaluated on ...... 4_122 1060 Development and Evaluation of Three Named Entity Recognition Systems for Serbian - The Case of Personal Names Branislava Šandrih University of Belgrade Faculty of Philology Belgrade, Serbia branislava.sandrih@fil.bg.ac.rs Cvetana Krstev University of Belgrade Faculty of Philology Belgrade ...

Sepiolite – a by-product of exploitation as a potential raw material in Serbian industry
This paper gives a brief overview of the sepiolite deposits, the basic properties, and the possibilities of using this mineral. Particular attention is paid to sepiolites from domestic production, especially the use of sepiolites suitable for the development of small businesses and technologies, with a focus on environmental protection. Aim of this paper is to point out importance of this mineral and to draw attention to the use of domestic raw materials. With appropriate mechanical and chemical pretreatments, sepiolite is ...Radmila Gaćina, Katarina Urošević, Jelena Zakonović. Non-Detonating Chemical Mixture for Non-Invasive Methods of Rock Breaking
Within the Innovation developed several different non-detonating chemical mixtures for non-invasive methods of rock breaking. Laboratory and polygon tests gave the satisfactory results and knowledge enough to start the practical experiments in the field. The basis of this innovation is a theoretical assumption that certain chemical mixtures release a large quantity of gases during combustion. If these gases are found in the enclosed space a growing pressure on the walls of the chamber in which combustion takes place will ...Lazar Kričak, Milanka Negovanović, Nikola Simić, Stefan Milanović. Effects of Energy Production and Consumption on Air Pollution in Serbia
Marija Živković (2019)Energy production and combustion, mostly from unregulated or inefficient fuel combustion, are the single most important anthropogenic sources of air pollutant emissions. Energy sector in Serbia is highly fossil fuel intensive: 87.88% of energy consumed in Serbia is related to fossil fuels, while almost 95% of energy sources are combusted. In 2017. energy related carbon dioxide emission in Serbia is was 47.95 million tones. The main source of carbon dioxide emission was coal, responsible for almost 70% of energy ......
