    Sagledavanje evolucije neogenih sedimenata na prostoru šire okoline sela Ledinci omogućeno je primenom različitih stratigrafskih metoda na površinskim i potpovršinskim podacima. Za izradu rada korišćene su sedimentološke, biostratigrafske, geofizičke i riftno sekvencione metode, koje su primenjene na površinskim izdancima i bušotinama.
