Flotability of chalcopyrite from the Rudnik deposit
Development of the Cost-Based Model for Monitoring the Lifetime of the Earth Moving Machines
This paper presents the model for the identification of reference points on the lifetime curve of engineering systems. This curve commonly represents the increase and decline of failure in relation to time. A direct correlation between failure rate and costs is assumed in this paper, therefore, statistical and empirical analysis of costs provided reference points. This approach is used for positioning stages of the engineering system’s lifetime with a minimal number of failures and costs, regardless of whether these ...Electrical and Electronic Engineering,Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, Control and Optimization, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science (miscellaneous), Control and Systems EngineeringUgljesa Bugarić, Milos Tanasijević, Stevan Djenadić, Dragan Ignjatović, Ivan Janković. Structural and microstructural study of brookite based TiO2 nanocomposites with carbon black (C)
Structural and microstructural properties of TiO2-based nanocomposites with carbon black (C), synthesized by sol-gel-hydrothermal method, have been studied by XRPD and Raman scattering. Detailed size-strain analyses of XRPD and Raman scattering results are presented in order to investigate the influence of C content on brokite and anatase phase formation. The XRPD size-strain analyses have resulted in reliable structure and microstructure results for both anatase and brookite and their relative abundance ratio has been refined by Rietveld method. David Mitrinović, Jelena Zarić, Oliver Anđelković, Gyorgy Sipos, Dušan Polomčić, Milan Dimkić (2019)This paper analyses the way in which Pleistocene climate change and glaciations in Dinaric Mountains was reflected in the deposition of alluvial sediments in the Sava river Valley, using a case study of Belgrade Groundwater Source (BGS), the largest and most downstream alluvial water supply source along the Sava river. A stratigraphic analysis of the Quaternary sediments from two boreholes on this site, based on sediment dating, lithological members identification, grain size distribution analysis was performed. Mafic alkaline metasomatism in the lithosphere underneath East Serbia: Evidence from the study of xenoliths and the host alkali basalts
Effects of mafic alkaline metasomatism have been investigated by a combined study of the East Serbian mantle xenoliths and their host alkaline rocks. Fertile xenoliths and tiny mineral assemblages found in depleted xenoliths have been investigated. Fertile lithologies are represented by clinopyroxene (cpx)-rich lherzolite and spinel (sp)-rich olivine websterite containing Ti–Al-rich Cr-augite, Fe-rich olivine, Fe–Al-rich orthopyroxene and Al-rich spinel. AR, CR and ARCR modeling for simulations and analyses of karst groundwater quality parameters
Although an invisible component of the hydrologic cycle, groundwater generally takes precedence over other water resources in the area of drinking water supply. Among groundwater resources, karst aquifers tend to be rich in sufficiently-accessible amounts of high-quality water. During most of the year, this water requires only disinfection prior to delivery to the end user. However, in many cases extreme rainfall and/or sudden snow melt results in transient turbidity, increase in bacterial count and temporary contamination (e.g. increase in ...autocorrelation, cross-correlation, autoregressive model, cross-regressive model, autocross regressive model, nitrates, Banja Spring, Serbia.Vesna Ristić-Vakanjac, Marina Ćokorilo-Ilić, Petar Papić, Dušan Polomčić, Radisav Golubović. Adsorption and Polymerization of Aniline on Cu(II)-Montmorillonite: Vibrational Spectroscopy and ab Initio Calculation
Batch adsorption experiments in the presence of oxygen were performed to study the interlayer reactions of aniline on Cu(II)-montmorillonite in aqueous solutions. At concentrations below a critical value of CC ) 2.6 mmol dm-3 only a colored Cu(II)-aniline complex is formed, characterized by a stability constant of log(Kassoc/dm3 mol-1) ) 1.5. Application of Expansive Mortars for the Formation of Artificial Screens During Blasting in Urban Areas
During construction of buildings in urban areas, sometimes there is a need to blast solid rock mass in the immediate vicinity of the surrounding buildings. In that case, the aim is not only to increase the efficiency of blasting, but also to reduce harmful effects of ground vibration induced by blasting. At the same time, it is very important to protect the buildings located in the safe zone from the blast site as well as remaining rock mass around ...Milanka Negovanović, Lazar Kričak, Stefan Milanović, Nikola Simić, Jelena Majstorović. Application of the Fuzzy Model in the Evaluation and Selection of Hydraulic Excavators on Open-Pit Lignite Mine
Stevan Đenadić, Miloš Tanasijević, Vladimir Milisavljević, Dragan Ignjatović, Predrag Jovančić (2021)The production of lignite in large open-pit mines is mainly performed with continuously operating equipment, where bucket-wheel excavators, bucket-chain excavators, belt conveyors, and spreaders are the basic machines. Smaller machines, usually of discontinuous operating nature, are commonly categorized as auxiliary machines. This paper presents the research related to the analysis of auxiliary machine parameters with the case study for a hydraulic excavator.
