    U datom eksperimentalnom radu su termografskim metodama ispitivane termofizičke karakteristike različitih materijala. Za ispitivanja su izabrani mesingani niovčić, ugalj i pelet, jer imaju različita termoizolaciona svojstava i različito stanje površine. Uzorci su najpre hlađeni, a zatim je njihovo zagrevanje na sobnoj temperaturi praćeno termalnom kamerom. U drugom delu eksperimenta, korišćena je impulsna termografija, a zagrevanje površine uzoraka vršeno je svetlosnom pobudom.

  • A Lexical Approach to Acronyms and their Definitions

    In this paper we present a comprehensive approach to acronyms for Natural-Language Processing (NLP) of Serbian texts. The proposed procedure includes extraction of acronyms and their definitions that are usual Multi-Word Units (MWUs), shallow parsing of MWUs that enables MWU lemmatization and production of entries in morphological electronic dictionaries, both for MWU and acronyms, that are provided with grammatical, syntactic, semantic and domain information. This approach enables representation that reflects complex relations between acronyms and their definitions.

Meta-data descriptions of morphosyntactic and semantic properties of these languages and their resources are a mandatory part of each language module. In this paper we analyze how well the meta-data actually describe resources for a chosen subset of languages and to what extent are they compatible across languages to support multilingual processing.     U tekstu su prikazana dva osnovna pristupa u seizmostratigrafskoj interpretaciji. Prvi kao polaznu osnovu ima seizmičke sekcije, čija se interpretacija u kasnijoj fazi koreliše sa bušotinskim podacima. Drugi u prvoj fazi analizira podatke dobijene dubokim bušenjem koji se kasnije korelišu sa seizmičkim sekcijama. Prikazan je hronološki redosled i objašnjen postupak pri seizmostratigrafskoj interpretaciji oba pristupa. Ovakav način interpretacije omogućio je naftnim kompanijama detaljnije i preciznije sagledavanje geoloških odnosa, smanjenje rizika istraživanja i racionalnije projektovanje razradnih bušotina.

    We present a necessary and sufficient condition for a root greater than unity of a monic reciprocal polynomial of an even degree at least four, with integer coefficients, to be a Salem number. This condition requires that the minimal polynomial of some power of the algebraic integer has a linear coefficient that is relatively large.
