Environmental Noise Impact Assessment for Large-Scale Surface Mining Operations in Serbia
Noise emissions are a significant environmental impact caused by the mining industry in all technological phases of surface mining, mineral processing, and waste disposal. This paper presents the role of noise impact assessment and control in large-scale surface mining operations. Mine planning develops the model of mining operations, ore excavation, and waste dumping scheduling and processing rates, including spatial distribution of mining activities. Such a level of mine planning requires an environmental impact assessment study. This can be achieved ...Uros Pantelic, Petar Lilic, Aleksandar Cvjetic, Nikola Lilic.
Adsorption and degradation of some psychiatric drugs by sol-gel synthesized titania-based photocatalysts: influence of tungsten and sodium content
Nina L. Finčur, Maja J. Šćepanović, Mirjana Grujić-Brojčin, Biljana F. Abramović, Jugoslav B. Krstić, Aleksandar Kremenović, Tatjana Srećković, Aleksandar Golubović (2019)Mesoporous anatase nanopowders were doped with 0.05−0.5 mol% of W6, in order to obtain more efficient photocatalyst than TiO2 Degussa P25 in the degradation of amitriptyline (AMI) under simulated solar irradiation (SSI). Dominant XRPD peaks were ascribed to anatase phase, with additional peaks which could correspond to brookite, TiO2 bronze and sodium titanate, Na2Ti9O19. The Raman scattering measurements have confirmed anatase as dominant phase, with broad Raman feature at ~270 cm−1 possibly related to Ti–O–Na stretching vibration. All W-doped ...Sol-gel synthesis, Doped titania nanopowders, XRPD, Raman spectroscopy, Adsorption and photocatalytic degradation, Psychiatric drugsNina L. Finčur, Maja J. Proširivanje upita zasnovano na leksičkim resursima
Application of MCDA in the determination of optimal block size for open-pit modelling and mine planning
The process of creating a geological block model as the basis for a further detailed design and planning of mining operations is a very responsible task. Errors made during this initial process are transferred to all other phases of the mining project. Certainly, one of the most important decisions for the modelling process is the choice of the appropriate size of the blocks that form the model itself. The determination of the optimal block size is not a simple ...dimenzije minibloka, višekriterijumska analiza, AHP, modeliranje ležišta, planiranje na površinskim kopovimaPetar Marković, Dejan Stevanović, Milica Pešić Georgiadis, Mirjana Banković.
