Determining the Impact of Cutting Elements State on the Bucket–Wheel Excavator Vibration and Energy Consumption
Background There are two types of specifc sizes’ measurements. The frst is the measurement of energy consumption in a working technological process, and the second is the measurement of vibration, which is displayed over amplitudes of speed. There is an interplay between these two processes. Increasing the power consumption, the value of the vibration speed amplitudes increases. Purpose The process of the determination of machining parameters was based on minimizing the power consumption and vibration of the cutting tool, ...Filip Miletić, Predrag Jovančić, Miloš Milovančević, Miloš Tanasijević, Stevan Đenadić. The impact of calculation of resources and reserves on mining activity in Serbia
The appearance of interest of the world's most important mining companies i for investment in Serbia imposes the problem of harmonization of domestic legislation with foreign ones. In this paper, specific categorization and classification of mineral raw materials, which do not match in domestic and foreign practice, are treated. The existence of such a conflict of criteria in use for categorization and classification can lead to misunderstanding and create certain complications in business. The following sections outline some of ...geological exploration, deposits, solid mineral raw materials, mineral projects, mineral resources and reservesJelena Zakonović, Katarina Urošević, Radmila Gaćina. The impact of limestone fragmentation on raw mix production in cement industry
Raw mix design is one of crucial point in production of clinker. Cement industry use limestone, marl, clay in particular percent to provide the best quality in production of clinker. The quality of the material must be in line with the quality targets. Fragmentation is important element, because affect preblending design, economic norm from blasting to crusher. Blasting is an operation which affects all subsequent operations and costs. The Kuz-Ram model is possibly the most widely used approach to ...Nikola Đokić, Lazar Kričak, Stefan Milanović, Marinko Pavlović, Stefan Krstić. Jovana Mladenović, Vesna Ristić Vakanjac, Milan Kresojević, Boris Vakanjac, Jugoslav Nikolić, Dušan Polomčić, Dragoljub Bajić (2023)The Velika Morava River originates at the junction of the Južna Morava and Zapadna Morava at the town of Stalać in Serbia. It is 185 km long and empties into the Danube. The Velika Morava River Basin occupies a land area of 37 444 km2. The river flows through central Serbia, which features the most fertile land and the highest population density in the country. Public water supply in this region of Serbia relies on groundwater formed in alluvial ...Jovana Mladenović, Vesna Ristić Vakanjac, Milan Kresojević, Boris Vakanjac, Jugoslav Nikolić, Dušan Polomčić, Dragoljub Bajić. Integrating landslide magnitude in the susceptibility assessment of the City of Doboj, using machine learning and heuristic approach
In this work, landslide assessment of the Doboj City area was modeled by combining machine learning and heuristic tools. The machine learning part was used to map the Morphometric factor. i.e. probability of landslides based on relation between the magnitude of events and morphometric parameters: elevation, distance to streams, slope, profile curvature, and aspect. The Random Forest and Support Vector Machines algorithms were implemented in the learning protocol, which included several strategies: balancing of the training/testing set size, algorithm ...Cvjetko Sandić, Miloš Marjanović, Biljana Abolmasov, Radislav Tošić. Mitigating hydrate formation in onshore gas wells: A case study on optimization techniques and prevention
Gas wells, particularly those situated onshore, play a vital role in the global energy sector by supplying a significant portion of natural gas. However, operational challenges, notably gas hydrate formation, pose substantial issues, leading to complications such as flowline blockages and unexpected well shutdowns.
