David Petrović, Lazar Kričak, Milanka Negovanović, Stefan Milanović, Jovan Marković, Nikola Simić, Ljubisav Stamenić (2019)In the name of a better and safer energy future, it is our responsibility to focus our knowledge and activities to save on imported liquid and gas fossil fuels, as well as coal on which energy security of Serbia is based. The rationalization in the use of available energy resources certainly positively affects economy and the environment of a country. This paper indicates motivations for the application of the underground coal gasification process, as well as surface gasification for ...... gas mixture of UCG, and its possible storage carbon capture and storage, depends on the technological development of the separation and storage of CO [3]. Examination of the possibility of obtaining pyrite concentrate from the flotation tailings of the Lece mine
Structural dissymmetrization of optically anisotropic Grs64±1Adr36±1Sps2 grandite from Meka Presedla (Kopaonik Mt., Serbia)
In this paper, grandite core with Grs64±1Adr36±1Sps2composition was crystallographically studied. This core represents zone A of the macroscopically visiblefive A–E zones of the optically anisotropic Grs58–64 Adr36–42Sps2 grandite. The applied procedure includes the detailed analysis of the powder diffraction patterns, and the Rietveld refinements of the crystal structures in a series of 18 space groups and two mixtures, which were followed by the comparative analysis of the R-values, site occupancy factors, and the bond lengths and angles. Overview of the hydrogeological investigations of recently discovered world class deposits in Serbia
Europe industry has growing concerns on availability of the raw materials. To address this challenge, the European Commission has created a list of critical raw materials for the EU, launched EIT Raw Materials initiative, and continuously support research projects (like INTRAW, UNEXMIN etc.) with the aim of reducing the dependency and meeting growing demands. In the last 15 years Serbia is experiencing new bust in geological exploration of mineral deposits. Currently 167 exploration licenses are active, covering approximately 6000 ...Nebojša Atanacković, Vladimir Živanović, Veselin Dragišić, Sava Magazinović. The role of non-covalent intermolecular interactions on the diversity of crystal packing in supramolecular dihalopyridine–silver(i) nitrate complexes
Sunčica Roca, Lucija Hok, Robert Vianello, Mladen Borovina, Marijana Đaković, Ljiljana Karanović, Dražen Vikić-Topić, Zora Popović (2020)Six novel 1 : 2 complexes of silver(I) nitrate with 2,5-, 2,6- and 3,5-dihalopyridines (halo stands for chlorine and bromine) were prepared by the reaction of an aqueous solution of AgNO3 and the corresponding pyridine derivative in a water–alcohol solution. In spite of having analogous empirical formulae, they reveal intriguing structural differences, except [Ag(NO3)(2,5-Cl2py)2]n (1) and [Ag(NO3)(2,5-Br2py)2]n (4), which are isostructural. In contrast, [Ag(NO3)(3,5-Cl2py)2]2 (3) is dimeric, while its Br analogue [Ag(NO3)(3,5-Br2py)2]n (6) is polymeric in nature, being the ...Sunčica Roca, Lucija Hok, Robert Vianello, Mladen Borovina, Marijana Đaković, Ljiljana Karanović, Dražen Vikić-Topić, Zora Popović.
