Damage quantification of built stone on Dark Gate (Belgrade, Serbia): sample of damage index application for decay rate evaluation
The Dark Gate is the monument of culture, part of the cultural and historical complex of the Belgrade Fortress. It is constructed of limestone blocks that after 270 years of exposure to environmental conditions and different anthropogenic influences show wide ranges of decay forms. During 2007, detail registration of all built limestone microfacies and weathering forms was done using tools of monument mapping. A correlation scheme ‘‘intensity– damage category’’ was made according to the type, intensity, and distribution of ...... descends from the Upper Town of the fortress, while on the western side River Sava is 50 meters away. Sitni, ali bitni: uloga sitnih sisara, herpetofaune i mekušaca u rekonstrukciji pleistocenskih paleosredina
Fosilni ostaci životinja i biljaka imaju važnu ulogu u rekonstrukciji pleistocenskih paleosredina. Posebnu teškoću pri rekonstrukciji paleosredina u Srbiji predstavlja činjenica da klimatske promene na Balkanskom poluostrvu nisu bile tako oštre kao u srednjoj i zapadnoj Evropi, pa ne postoji drastična razlika u ...... whether the immediate environment was forest, steppe or open type (wet meadows to steppe), whether these are species that indicate marshy, river and lake environments or are in question forms that are exclusively related to loess and terrestrial living conditions, etc. Conclusion: The use of small ...

Fuzzy optimization in hydrodynamic analysis of groundwater control systems: Case study of the pumping station “Bezdan 1”, Serbia
Dragoljub Bajić, Dušan Polomčić (2014)A groundwater control system was designed to lower the water table and allow the pumping sta-tion “Bezdan 1” to be built. Based on a hydrodynamic analysis that suggested three alternative solutions, mul-ticriteria optimization was applied to select the best alternative.
