    Sphene (CaTiSiO5), a calcium titanosilicate ceramic has been prepared from a powder mixture of CaCO3, TiO2 and SiO2 using vibro-milling for homogenization and activation of precursors. During the highpressure and high-temperature synthesis (HPS) process at 4 GPa and 1,200 °C, sphene undergoes into phase transition, from room-temperature phase P21/a to high-temperature phase A2/a.     Three Schiff base Cu(II) complexes, (N,N’-bis(acetylacetone)propylenediimine)copper(II) complex, [Cu(acac2pn)] (1), (N,N'-bis-(benzoylacetone)propylenediimine)copper(II) complex, [Cu(phacac2pn)] (2) and (N,N’-bis-(trifluoroacetylacetone)propylenediimine)copper(II) complex, [Cu(tfacac2pn)] (3), were used to investigate the interactions with calf thymus DNA (ct-DNA) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) using the electronic absorption and spectroscopic fluorescence methods.     Rudnomikroskopska, SEM-EDS i LA-ICP-MS ispitivanja rudne mineralizacije iz Pb-Zn-Cu-(Ag) ležišta Rudnik, ukazala su na lokalno prisustvo specifične asocijacije minerala nikla, srebra i kalaja, deponovane u tektonskoj breči, arsenopiritsko-pirotinskim, piritsko-pirotinsko-arsenopiritskim i kvarcno-sulfidnim žicama u harcburgitima. U tektonskoj breči deponovan je polimineralni sulfidni agregat kojeg čine pirotin (50), galenit, sfalerit i halkopirit. Arsenopiritsko-pirotinske žice odlikuje dezintegrisani agregat arsenopirita cementovan sa pirotinom.     This mini-review summarizes the kinetic data obtained for the substitution reactions of some palladium(II) complexes containing bis-pyrazolylpyridine derivatives as pincer-type ligands with biologically significant nitrogen- and sulfur-donor biomolecules as nucleophiles. The database allows us to perceive the geothermal resources of Serbia and their potential for utilization. Based on the data available in the geothermal database, the estimated temperatures of reservoirs, heat power, and geothermal energy utilization were calculated.     The applicability of Peleg model was investigated for predicting mass transfer kinetics during the osmotic dehydration (OD) process of pears, at different concentrations (40, 60 and 70%, w/w) and temperatures (20, 35 and 50 °C) of sucrose solution.     U cilju utvrđivanja rezervi podzemnih voda i analize uslova zaštite u periodu 2012. i 2013. godine, sprovedena su detaljna hidrogeološka istraživanja na području izvorišta Jasik (opština Batočina). Uspostavljen je sistem monitoringa, čiji je rezultat predstavljao prikupljanje detaljnih hidrogeoloških podataka.
