Terminological and lexical resources used to provide open multilingual educational resources
Open educational resources (OER) within BAEKTEL (Blending Academic and Entrepreneurial Knowledge in Technology enhanced learning) network will be available in different languages, mostly in the languages of Western Balkans, Russian and English. University of Belgrade (UB) hosts a central repository based on: BAEKTEL Metadata Portal (BMP), terminological web application for management, browse and search of terminological resources, web services for linguistic support (query expansion, information retrieval, OER indexing, etc.), annotation of selected resources and OER repository on local edX ...... education where one involves e-learning and computer-assisted learning and instruction and the other consists of NLP tools for analysis and use of language by machines [1]. The usage and application of the research done in the field of the NLP has been present in the domain of education from the 1960s ...

Correlation Between Dynamic CBR and Compaction and Bearing Capacity of Pavement Foundation Layers
This paper presents a dynamic California Bearing Ratio (CBRd) device that can be used on a prepared pavement foundation layer to obtain a certain parameter of the tested material in the laboratory and in situ in a direct and fast way. The ‘Umka’ landslide
We present an in-depth landslide map of the ‘Umka’ landslide near Belgrade, Serbia, at a scale of 1:5000. The map delineates elements at risk, primarily buildings and road infrastructure impacted by the landslide displacements of several cm per year, introduced during frequent reactivation stages. Damage quantification of built stone on Dark Gate (Belgrade, Serbia): sample of damage index application for decay rate evaluation
The Dark Gate is the monument of culture, part of the cultural and historical complex of the Belgrade Fortress. It is constructed of limestone blocks that after 270 years of exposure to environmental conditions and different anthropogenic influences show wide ranges of decay forms. During 2007, detail registration of all built limestone microfacies and weathering forms was done using tools of monument mapping. A correlation scheme ‘‘intensity– damage category’’ was made according to the type, intensity, and distribution of ...... stone and assess degradation rate over the past 7 years. Debris-flow Susceptibility Assessment in Flow-R: Ribnica River Case Study
Debris flows are among the most dangerous erosional geohazards due to the fast rate of movement and long runout zones. Even though the initiation can be triggered in mountainous areas, inhabited and with steep slopes, their propagation and deposition can endanger not only buildings and infrastructure in the urbanized areas, but also threaten human lives. As these initiation areas usually represent unattainable terrains with rapid vegetation cover development, field observations and aerial photo analysis become high-demanding tasks. Consequently, medium-to-regional ...Ksenija Micić, Miloš Marjanović, Biljana Abolmasov . Rule-based Automatic Multi-word Term Extraction and Lemmatization
In this paper we present a rule-based method for multi-word term extraction that relies on extensive lexical resources in the form of electronic dictionaries and finite-state transducers for modelling various syntactic structures of multi-word terms. The same technology is used for lemmatization of extracted multi-word terms, which is unavoidable for highly inflected languages in order to pass extracted data to evaluators and subsequently to terminological e-dictionaries and databases. The approach is illustrated on a corpus of Serbian texts from ...... ambiguities and rank candidate terms is given in (Bounhas&Slimani, 2009). Back-arc underplating provided crustal accretion affecting topography and sedimentation in the Adria microplate
