    Модел вишеструке линеарне регресије је најчешће примењивани модел за симулације, односно прогнозе одговарајућих случајно променљивих величина. Као најједноставнији модели примењују се ауторегресиони (АР) модели који симулирају истицање карстних врела на основу издашности врела регистрованих претходних дана.
