A multi-criteria approach for assessing the potential of renewable energy sources for electricity generation: Case Serbia
When assessing the potential of renewable energy alternatives for electricity generation, it is necessary to implement a multi-perspective approach that includes economic, technical, environmental, and socio-political criteria. For the evaluation of criteria and alternatives, the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method is applied. The obtained weights are formed according to the values of energy indicators and expert judgments. The use of a fuzzy numerical value scale for the assessment of expert judgments and energy indicators provides a more sensitive ...... residential building in Algeria. Wang et al. From ELTeC Text Collection Metadata and Named Entities to Linked-data (and Back)
In this paper we present the wikification of the ELTeC (European Literary Text Collection), developed within the COST Action ``Distant Reading for European Literary History'' (CA16204). ELTeC is a multilingual corpus of novels written in the time period 1840—1920, built to apply distant reading methods and tools to explore the European literary history. We present the pipeline that led to the production of the linked dataset, the novels’ metadata retrieval and named entity recognition, transformation, mapping and Wikidata population, ...Milica Ikonić Nešić, Ranka Stanković, Christof Schöch and Mihailo Škorić. Towards more sustainable district heating systems in Serbia - Options and obstacles
The major share of energy consumed in the building environment is dedicated to meeting heating needs, which makes this sector one of the key players in the transformation of the whole energy system. The accurate approach to the transition process assumes acting on both the demand and supply sides. Lately, the supply side has received more attention, as its transformation is one of the key steps of the energy transition process. District heating systems are recognized as substantial contributors ...energetska tranzicija, daljinsko grejanje, dekarbonizacija, obnovljivi izvori energije, prepreke, SrbijaMarija Živković, Boban Pavlović, Dejan Ivezić, Miloš Tanasijević, Dejan Stojanović . An update on the mineral-like Sr-containing transition metal arsenates
Tamara Đorđević, Ljiljana Karanović (2021)We report on the crystal structures of three novel synthetic SrM-arsenates (M = Ni and Fe3+), isostructural or structurally related to the minerals from tsumcorite, carminite and brackebuschite groups. They were synthesised under mild hydrothermal conditions and further characterised using single-crystal X-ray diffraction (SXRD), scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEMEDS) and Raman spectroscopy. SXRD and SEM-EDS yielded formulae: (I) SrNi2(AsO4)2·2H2O, (II) Sr1.4Fe3+ 1.6(AsO4)2(OH)1.6 and (III) SrFe3+(AsO4)(AsO3OH). All three structures are built up of slightly distorted MO6 octahedra ... Flotability of chalcopyrite from the Rudnik deposit
Size–strain line-broadening analysis of anatase/brookite (TiO2)-based nanocomposites with carbon (C): XRPD and Raman spectroscopic analysis
Aleksandar Kremenović, Mirjana Grujić-Brojčin, Nataša Tomić, Vladimir Lazović, Danica Bajuk-Bogdanović, Jugoslav Krstić, Maja Šćepanović (2022)A size-strain line-broadening analysis of the XRPD patterns and Raman spectra for two anatase/brookite (TiO2)-based nanocomposites with carbon (C) was carried out and the results compared with those of a similar sample free of carbon. The crystal structures and microstructures of anatase and brookite, as well as their relative abundance ratio, have been refined from XRPD data by the Rietveld method (the low amount of carbon is neglected). Projected changes in air temperature, precipitation and aridity in Serbia in the 21st century
Boško Milovanović, Sebastian Schubert, Milan Radovanović, Vesna Ristić Vakanjac, Christoph Schneider (2021)In this study, the projected changes of the average monthly and annual air temperatures, precipitation amounts and De Martonne aridity index in Serbia in the 21st century are examined. For that purpose, the spatial distribution of air temperature and precipitation amount is statistically modelled using data of 64 climatologic stations and 421 precipitation stations for the period 1976–2005 using multiple linear regression. The De Martonne aridity index is calculated from the spatially distributed data. Hydrochemical indicators of groundwater flow in the area of “Čukaru Peki” Cu-Au underground mine in eastern Serbia
The physical and chemical properties of groundwater, together with the groundwater levels regime and rock hydraulic properties, are often used to understand and conceptualize the hydrogeological system. Prediction of the influence of mining works on groundwater, and vice versa, is a challenge due to significantly altered groundwater flow patterns in the raw materials exploitation areas in relation to natural conditions. Therefore, multiple parameters are assessed and monitored before and during exploitation to properly characterize and quantify the system for ...Nebojša Atanacković, Vladimir Živanović, Jana Štrbački, Veselin Dragišić, Ivana Cvejić. Split-Desktop software for the analysis of fragment size distribution of blasted rock mass
