    U radu je opisana geološka građa terena i metode koje se koriste u paleontologiji za izdvajanje, konzervaciju i restauraciju fosilnog materijala sa lokaliteta Riđake kod Šapca. Prikazana je anatomija fosilnih kičmenjaka.
