Application of MCDA in the determination of optimal block size for open-pit modelling and mine planning
The process of creating a geological block model as the basis for a further detailed design and planning of mining operations is a very responsible task. Errors made during this initial process are transferred to all other phases of the mining project. Certainly, one of the most important decisions for the modelling process is the choice of the appropriate size of the blocks that form the model itself. The determination of the optimal block size is not a simple ...dimenzije minibloka, višekriterijumska analiza, AHP, modeliranje ležišta, planiranje na površinskim kopovimaPetar Marković, Dejan Stevanović, Milica Pešić Georgiadis, Mirjana Banković. Maceralni sastav i rang uglja Ibarskog basena
The Content of Toxic Metals in Agricultural Produce near a Coal Mine: Case Study KCB in Lazarevac, Serbia
...Ana Koprivica, Čedomir Beljić, Boris Vakanjac, Vesna Ristić Vakanjac, Marina Čokorilo Ilić. Ground surface subsidence monitoring using sentinel-1 in the “Kostolac” open pit coal mine
Zoran Gojković, Milan Kilibarda, Ljiljana Brajović, Miloš Marjanović, Aleksandar Milutinović, Aleksandar Ganić (2023)Open pit coal mining affects surrounding populated areas, resulting in terrain surface deformation. Surface deformation should be monitored as often as possible to control deformations and prevent potential incidents. This paper analyzes time series deformation estimated from the Sentinel-1 satellite images using the Persistent Scatterer Interferometry method to monitor subsidence rates caused by open pit mining activities. It is possible to measure deformations using classical geodetic methods, but those are rarely used in practice because they are time-consuming and ...Zoran Gojković, Milan Kilibarda, Ljiljana Brajović, Miloš Marjanović, Aleksandar Milutinović, Aleksandar Ganić. Wells calculation for the protection of opencast mine Radljevo North from groundwater
Iz tog razloga, veoma je važna primena savremenih optimizacionih alata, koji u značajnoj meri mogu olakšati celokupan ...... presents issues related to the process of optimization of open pit coal mines using modern optimization algorithms, as well as the possibility of finding optimal solutions within a set of constraints. A Model for Determining Fuzzy Evaluations of Partial Indicators of Availability for High-Capacity Continuous Systems at Coal Open Pits Using a Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System
This paper presents a model for determining fuzzy evaluations of partial indicators of the availability of continuous systems at coal open pits using a neuro-fuzzy inference system. The system itself is a combination of fuzzy logic and artificial neural networks. The system availability is divided into partial indicators. By combining the fuzzy logic and artificial neural networks, a model is obtained that has the ability to learn and uses expert judgment for that learning. Heavy metals in lignite and soil of Kostolac-Kovin coal basin, eastern Serbia - comparative analysis with selected cities in Serbia, region, Europe and world
Bogoljub Vučković, Bojan Dimitrijević (2023)The Kostolac-Kovin coal basin with an area of 320 km2, with 5 separate layers of coal and with a total of about 5.7 Bt of geological resources and reserves represents an exceptional potential for coal production in Serbia. The coal resources listed in this way are not fully exploitable, but they represent potential for consideration.
