Some models for determination of parameters of the soil oscillation law during blasting operations
... form: R “ r r0 . Thus, we have obtained the oscillation law of rock mass, i.e., the equation of Sadovskii. 2.1.2. Derivation of Equation of Rock Mass Oscillation—Second Mode Here we give one more mode to derive the equation for the rock mass oscillation. If, by blasting in the specific environment, ...

Investigation of quantitative indicators of anisotropy based on longitudinal elastic waves propagation velocities with uncertainty
... , Suzana Lutovac1 Received: May 11, 2018 Accepted: June 15, 2018 Abstract: Almost all of rock masses are more or less anisotropic medium. Foliation, layering, cracking and cleavage are some of the rock attributes that indicate to anisotropy presence. Due to the existence of these discontinuities ...

Rock masses anisotropy is especially manifested on their following properties: mechanical resistance, elasticity ...
... The benefits of using ultrasonic in rock mass investigations are numerous and become necessary part of testing program more and more. This is especially significantly due to the fact that ultrasonic investigation is the way of testing without fracture of rock samples.
