Mikroorganizmi - biohidrogeološki indikatori odabranih pojava mineralnih voda Srbije
Vladimir Šaraba (2021)Sa namerom definisanja hidrogeološke uloge i značaja mikrobiološkog diverziteta odabranih pojava mineralnih voda Srbije, primenom sistema biodetektora, dokazano je prisustvo gvožđevitih, sulfato-redukujućih, sluz-produkujućih, heterotrofnih aerobnih i denitrifikacionih bakterija, na osnovu čega je proračunat rizik od razvoja procesa biokorozije i biohemijske inkrustacije, te zdravstveni rizik. Mikrobiološki diverzitet kiselog jezera Robule i uticaj jezerske vode na oksidaciju sulfidnih minerala
Srđan B. Stanković (2016-09-11)Jezero Robule, formirano u podnožju rudničke raskrivke Oštreljski planir (Rudnik bakra Bor), je nastalo kao posledica rudarskih aktivnosti. Mikrobiološki diverzitet ekstremno kiselog jezera Robule ispitivan je primenom kako klasičnih mikrobioloških metoda (svetlosna mikroskopija i kultivacija na selektivnim podlogama) tako i primenom savremene metode molekularne biologije (analiza polimorfizama terminalnih restrikcionih fragmenata; T-RFLP). Ontološki model upravljanja rizikom u rudarstvu
Olivera Kitanović (2021)Rudarska proizvodnja obuhvata kompleksne tehnološke sisteme, što nameće potrebu za uspostavljanjem i unapređivanjem sistema upravljanja rizikom. Heterogenost i obim podataka neophodnih za upravljanje rizikom zahtevaju sistem koji ih na fleksibilan način integriše i omogućava njihovo optimalno korišćenje. Osnovni cilj ove disertacije je razvoj ontologije za domen rudarstva i na njoj zasnovanog modela za upravljanje rizikom. Njegova realizacija podrazumeva i implementaciju algoritama ekstrakcije informacija za popunjavanje ontologije, kao i odgovarajuće softversko rešenje.
