    Serija organoselenijum trans-paladijum(II) kompleksa 1 (bis(2-(fenilselanilmetil)oksolan)dihloropaladijum(II)), 2 (bis(2-(fenilselanilmetil)oksan)dihloropaladijum(II)) i 3 (bis(2) ,2-dimetil-3-(fenilselanil)oksan)dihloropaladijum(II)) su korišćeni za ispitivanje reaktivnosti ovog specifičnog tipa kompleksa prema različitim bio-molekulima. Ovaj sistem je od posebnog interesa jer se jako malo zna o supstitucionim reakcijam organoselenijum paladijum(II) kompleksa sa trans konfiguracijom.     U radu su analizirani eksploatacioni učinci ugljenih sistema na površinskom kopu Tamnava–Zapadno polje. Period analize je prvih šest meseci tekuće godine. Analiza je vršena sa aspekta ostvarene proizvodnje, kvaliteta uglja, efektivnog vremena rada, kapacitetnog i vremenskog iskoršćenja i zastoja sistema.     This mini-review summarizes the kinetic data obtained for the substitution reactions of some palladium(II) complexes containing bis-pyrazolylpyridine derivatives as pincer-type ligands with biologically significant nitrogen- and sulfur-donor biomolecules as nucleophiles. У практичном делу, дефинисани су редоследи операција и захвата, режими обраде, изабрана машина алатка и алати за све захвате и одређено укупно време обраде потребно да се направи финални производ.     Studije u oblasti antikancerogenih karakteristika jedinjenja rutenijuma(III/II) izazivaju veliku pažnju već nekoliko godina otkako su neka od njih kao što su KP1019 (indazolijum-tetrahloridobis(H-indazol)rutenat(III)) i NAMI-A (imidazolijum) -trans-tetrahlorido(dimetilsulfoksid)indazolerutenat(III)) dostigao nivo kliničkog ispitivanja.
