    U radu je razmatrano prečišćavanje otpadnih flotacijskih voda sa područja rudnika Rudnik prirodnim zeolitskim tufom sa planine Jastrebac. Prečišćavanje otpadnih flotacijskih voda sa područja rudnika Rudnik prirodnim zeoliskim tufom sa obronaka planine Jastrebac pokazala se veoma efikasnom. Naime, u tri otpadne flotacijske vode utvrđen je povišen sadržaj arsena, hroma, gvožđa, mangana, kao i nikla. Jednostavnim tretmanom zeolitskim tufom iz ovih voda uklonjeni su svi ovi elementi.     U radu su prikazani rezultati palinološkog istraživanja permsko-trijaskih sedimenata sa lokaliteta Gostuška reka. Palinološki kompleksi su detaljno analizirani, što je omogućilo morfološku, taksonomsku i paleoekološku identifikaciju palinomorfi. Istraživanje je pokazalo prisustvo velikog broja spora i polena golosemenica, dok je polen skrivenosemenica zastupljen u manjem procentu. Na osnovu paleoekoloških analiza, zaključeno je da je tokom formiranja sedimenata na lokalitetu vladala aridna klima, sa povremenim vlažnim fazama koje su omogućavale razvoj močvarne vegetacije.

    Lamprofiri su grupa egzotičnih ultrakalijskih stena poznatih po sadrţaju nekompatibilnih elemenata i elemenata retkih zemalja. U našem delu sveta pojavljuju se u okviru ultrakalijskih provincija u Španiji, Italiji, Srbiji, Makedoniji i Turskoj. U Srbiji su zastupljeni ponajviše u zapadnim delovima zemlje, oko opština Ljubovija i Mali Zvornik, ali i u široj okolini Rudnika, Kopaonika i u istočnoj Srbiji.
